Lindsay is breaking down her tips for using sunless tanner to help our bodies look the way we want them to… and how to easily make it a part of your routine!
- Tan often enough so your skin color is never extremely tan or pale
- Use a blending mitt or foam brush to blend blend blend
- Tan even when you are tan already- to even out skin tone
- Use a mousse for the ultimate smooth coverage over imperfections
- Overall body confidence tips...
- Talk to positive people - about their own bodies even
- Wear things that make you feel good - take the time to plan it out
- If you aren't where you want perfectly - spend a little extra time on hair and makeup
- Don't compare yourself to other people and give yourself a break
- Allow yourself time for self care
- Walk around naked
- Find a workout that you love
- Don't let yourself talk to yourself about your body in a way that you wouldn’t talk to your best friend about it
